Unfortunately, my experience with Indy Auto Man has been very frustrating. When I purchased my vehicle, I was told that the A/C issue would take approximately 3 days to fix. Instead, it took two weeks. U very frustrating. When I purchased my vehicle, I was told that the A/C issue would take approximately 3 days to fix. Instead, it took two weeks. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of the problems. I am now dealing with a serious issue with the title and registration. I purchased the vehicle on July 18, and I still cannot register it because the required paperwork has not been properly completed or submitted. I have already gone to the DMV twice and have been told that additional information is still missing. My temporary plate expires tomorrow, and despite contacting the dealership by email multiple times, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. I understand that the dealership cannot simply issue a second temporary plate, but the frustrating part is that I am now left dealing with a problem that should have been resolved by the dealership in the first place. I understand that paperwork issues can happen, but what has been most disappointing is the lack of communication and follow-up. I expected a much smoother process after purchasing a vehicle from a professional dealership. At this point, I am still waiting for Indy Auto Man to properly resolve the title and registration issue. I hope they take responsibility and resolve this matter quickly. More

Bought a truck with tons of problems that they were supposed to fix and never did. And gave me a small amount of money that did not come close to fixing the truck.
