I flew to Indianapolis to take delivery of the car and after the purchase I drove it home. The car broke down on my way home after only 2 days of ownership. It continued to have issues throughout the nearly 2 years that I owned the vehicle. I found out after attempting to bring it to a Chevy dealership that the factory warranty had been voided because the previous owner had installed a vortex supercharger. I eventually found a corvette mechanic to work on the car and then the aftermarket warranty that I purchased denied my claim. Not only that but they refused to refund the remainder of my coverage and to this day they still have not refunded me over $2000 of the original $3500 that I paid. I wound up contacting the Attorney General's office in Michigan where the warranty company is based only to find out that basically every customer who purchased this warranty was defrauded by this company. My ownership of this vehicle ended when in September of 2021 the motor blew a rod bearing damaging the camshaft and rendering the vehicle completely inoperable. It was going to cost nearly $7000 to repair the damage so I decided to cut my losses at the time and sold the car to my mechanic who was able to fix it for the cost of the parts. In short I would never trust this dealership with my purchase again and wholeheartedly warn anyone against working with them. One great example of how dishonest this dealership is, is when I bought the car I noticed the oil computer was reading the oil life at 0% meaning it needed to be changed. So while I was filling out the paperwork for the sale I asked that the techs change the oil so I could make my 2000 mile journey home with confidence. Instead of changing the oil, they simply reset the computer to read 100%. I know this because after several thousand miles of ownership I changed the oil myself. It was clear to me when I dropped the oil that it had been over due for 10,000 plus miles. The oil looked like used coffee grinds. Indy Auto Man will cut corners and cheat their customers at every opportunity. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE CROOKS!!! More
Val stayed open late just to get me in. He went the extra mile to help me get the car. He makes great deals and works well with customers. He went the extra mile to help me get the car. He makes great deals and works well with customers. More

Went in on Friday, did the test drive, sorted out the financials, thanks to Noe. And spend some time, weighing up all pros and cons. As they locked in the prices for me, I have had enough time not to rush. Came back this week and sealed the deal. Can tell they take pride in their work..Definitely worth checking out if you're in the market for a new ride! More

I bought a 2017 Nissan Titan with 35k miles from them last May. On my way home a check engine light came on! I finally put my scanner on it and it needs a new catalytic converter. It had a dent in the transmission pan and the bellhousing was cracked and needed replaced. Also had to replace the passenger side CV axle because it was flinging grease everywhere. Needless to say I recently spent over 6k fixing some of these issues. Their inspection process is a joke and they obviously reset the check engine light. I actually pulled it on my scanner and it was reset 4 days before I bought it. I called them recently and explained the issues and they told me to come in and we would talk about making it right. I drove two of their trucks that were on the lot currently and they weren’t much better, had dents in the bumper and one was rusting over the wheel well…while both were priced at over 30k! Then they offered me over 12k less than what I bought the truck for 9 months ago! They told me then that they would discuss my issue that following Monday and I have yet to hear back from them. Currently I am stuck with a truck I can’t sell or trade in due to the issues and continues to have issues. I kick myself every single day for trading in my 2018 Silverado with over 100k miles that ran perfectly to this dealership…all while thinking I was getting a low mileage truck that would give me a lot of trouble free years. I will say I did not purchase a warranty but that was mostly due to my current truck having such low miles and my false trust in this dealers reputation based off online reviews. I am convinced they buy vehicles as low as they can at auction…do as little as possible to sell them to some poor schmuck like me at the highest price possible…and that is their business model. DO NOT BUY from this dealership!!!!!! More
My recent purchase of a 2017 Cadillac XT5 from Indy Auto Man was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, the service was exceptional, and I couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience. Xander, my sales representative, went above and beyond to ensure that I not only found the perfect vehicle but also secured a great deal. His knowledge and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The dealership, as a whole, demonstrated a commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction that truly sets them apart. The 2017 Cadillac XT5 I purchased is in impeccable condition, and I've been thoroughly enjoying every moment behind the wheel. The selection of high-quality used cars at Indy Auto Man is impressive, and I felt confident in the reliability of my chosen vehicle. As a side note, during my initial inspection of the car after purchasing, I discovered some old French fries in the back seat console, likely left behind from a previous test drive. While a minor issue, it's worth mentioning I did need to clean the interior a bit more thoroughly after purchasing. However, this in no way detracts from the overall positive experience I had with the dealership. In conclusion, Indy Auto Man has earned my trust and future business. The outstanding service, transparent dealings, and the quality of the vehicles make them a dealership I would highly recommend. My journey with them was so positive that the minor issue with the car cleanliness is overshadowed by the overall excellence of my purchasing experience. I look forward to returning to Indy Auto Man for any future automotive needs. More
I purchased a used car over the internet from a gentleman named Val at Indy Auto Man. The car was represented to me as being an excellent condition with no damage and I had requested any pictures of anythin named Val at Indy Auto Man. The car was represented to me as being an excellent condition with no damage and I had requested any pictures of anything that was wrong with the car from a cosmetic standpoint. I was told I would be completely satisfied with the vehicle and that it was in almost new used condition. These were all lies. When the car was delivered I walked around the car only to find cosmetic blemish after cosmetic blemish on the vehicle. All four wheels had lots of peeling clear coat that was very visible. There was a huge scratch on the front bumper and quite a few rock chips in the hood and front bumper. The convertible top had a distinct sag in the headliner and the parallel parking right side mirror that goes down when you put it in reverse would go down but wouldn't come back up. The factory floor mats or any floor mats for that matter were not in the car. This dealership lies to you to sell cars. I went as far as to contact the dealership and tell him how to satisfied I was with the description of the car they gave me versus what was actually delivered and what it would cost me to fix the items that were not working. The gentleman on the other end of the phone wanted to argue with me about the length of time it took me to call instead of trying to take care of me and said he would have a different manager contact me back who never did. This dealership sucks and should be ashamed of themselves. Wes Dearing More

I scheduled an appointment to test drive a 435 xDrive Convertible M Series, then drove an hour to make the appointment only to find the vehicle was not in driving condition and needed repairs in service. Convertible M Series, then drove an hour to make the appointment only to find the vehicle was not in driving condition and needed repairs in service. I was told that they would hold the vehicle, the manager would discounting the price for the mistake and they would call me when to schedule a test drive as soon as it was ready in about a week. I heard nothing further in 5 days but received an automated email stating they raised the price of the vehicle $400, so I called an left a voice mail the following Wednesday. No response. Again the following Thursday. No response. Friday I received a text asking if I had any questions regarding the "4 series" and I replied, "No questions, just waiting to hear from you for the test drive once the car was repaired." It still wasn't completely ready, but available for a test drive. I confirmed a drive time for the next day only to receive a text that the car had been sold "about 10 minutes ago" and asked if I would like to look at other 4 series vehicles. When I spoke with the manager I was offered apologies and told there was nothing they could do for me since they work on a "first come first served" basis and vehicles are rarely "held" for customers. I was the "first come" customer and I'm still waiting to be served. At best it was terrible circumstance and internal miscommunication, but I honestly don't know how you could trust such a dealership. More
