My Car was never Serviced or just by unqualified people I bought my second car in 3 months. Its my first time dealing with Indy Auto Man and will be my last. The said the car was inspected and in great co I bought my second car in 3 months. Its my first time dealing with Indy Auto Man and will be my last. They went on and on about how it was "Serviced and ready to go!" 3 days later on a vehicle with 60000 miles on it, I have a large puddle of transmission fluid under my car and my neighbor was kind enough to tell me I didn't have any tail lights. The lights were easy to figure out, missing a fuse. Yes MISSING. Not gone bad or a burnt bulb. MISSING. I guess when they miss something like this, it shouldn't surprise me that I have a puddle of transmission fluid now under my car. I've called 3 times and twice I didn't get a call back while the 3rd time I get told that I bought it AS-IS. They said, "You own it, your problem." More

I give it four stars because I do not believe it was the greatest deal I have ever came by car wise, although I do want to point out there was a young man by the name of Devan and he was pretty excellent. Very attentive and worked with me throughout the process of buying my new car. I was extremely impressed by how energetic and helpful he was everyday I called and wanted to test drive the vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant sales man or whatever Devan's position is. He took time to personally get to know my girlfriend and I and he was straight forward with the car and who was all interested. I would give him five stars and recommend talking to this dude if you ever go to Indy Auto Man. P.S: Mike I am pretty sure was his name was also a fun dude to talk with and helped a lot with the finalizing process. Overall the experience was a good one with everyone I interacted with. More

Google it, it is a good read. Long story short, run the other way. 2. Failed to disclose the car I was ABOUT to buy had an accident, only found out because I reviewed the car fax report. Perform your own due diligence on every vehicle there, don't believe a word they say. Ignore their attempts to collect $500 before the car is inspected by your mechanic. 3. Phone calls and emails are not returned, that's even before you buy. What type of responsiveness will you get when you actually need something important. I personally dealt with three amateurs in my adventure with the indyautomn. Ultimately, I bought nothing. Still waiting on that phone call though. 4. Salesman Requested personal identifiable information from me (SSNcard, drivers license, utility bill without permissible purpose or a real explanation as to why over the phone To be sure, without even meeting them in purpose nor seeking finance, the finance manager said this was done in order to satisfy patriot act. That is not true and am curious what they do with this Information if you don't buy a car. Do they sell information to other vendors for profit? One thing is for sure, we never met, I did not buy a car and they still needed this. Still waiting on the finance manager to explain why this occurred and how it comports with the law. 5. Request a written quote with all dealer fees listed. They were hammered by Indianan AG for unfair deceptive and adverse practices. I personally requested one and to this day never got one. Guess they are afraid to put stuff on paper. Buyer Beware! More

Excellent price and service! Went to look at a 2005 Volvo S60R and fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. Jeff was the salesman that I spoke with about it. He was very patient and kind and I didn't feel pressured in buying the car. Another dealership I went to a couple years ago, ran 11 hard inquiries on my credit without my aproval and completley destroyed it. This place isn't like that at all. They chose the best option through numerous banks and credit unions and only do 1 inquiry, which is extremely nice! Excellent service and excellent people, highly reccomended!! More

Unpaid Unsolicited REAL REVIEW! I went to see IndyAutoMan this afternoon to look at several vehicles on their lot. I had responded to one of their listings through Geico's car replac I went to see IndyAutoMan this afternoon to look at several vehicles on their lot. I had responded to one of their listings through Geico's car replacement service, and dropped by after being contacted by Matthew Miller earlier that morning. He seemed like a nice enough guy on the phone, but when I arrived I wandered the lot for 10 minutes before anyone approached me. By conincidence it happened to be Matt, but he said he was just finishing up with a client and that he'd grab the key for the car we spoke about and be right back out. 45 minutes later, and after walking the lot and into the showroom a few times, I finally found him again. He didn't remember what car I wanted to see, and decided to pawn me off on a Jr. associate so he could concentrate on whatever he was doing. It took the new guy another 10 minutes to find the car and set us up for a test drive. I guess all of that is just a long winded way to say the service there was shockingly bad. Makes me wonder who really wrote all of the good reviews I've read about this dealership. The car I came to see had been polished up pretty well cosmetically, but it was a mechanical nightmare, engine light was on, turbo didn't engage, fuel sensor was out, now power to the stereo, even the key fob had been duck tapped back together... I drove it around the block, then directly back to the lot. It was such a terrible experience that I decided not to drive any of the other cars I was interested in, fearing that if they would have the xxx I just drove on their lot, there was no way of knowing what other kinds of shenanigans they had pulled with the rest of their inventory. This dealership advertises that they consistently win awards for service and customer satisfaction year after year... The only way that could be possible, in my mind, is if they are paying off someone on the judging committee. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! There are so many other places where you will be treated with the care and respect you deserve when buying a car. More
