Great experience I came up from Bloomington to buy my Audi A4 at Indy Auto Man. I came in to take a test drive, liked it, then after looking at some cars elsewhere came back about a week later to take a closer look at the car and purchase it. I hadn't bought a car before, so I was anxious about making a poor decision, but at Indy Auto Man I felt very comfortable. I found the staff helpful and personable and they make all the info about their cars available on their website. When I finally came in to make the purchase, I felt confident that I was making the right decision and didn't feel pressured into it. More

I consider myself an educated buyer-- I spent quiet a bit of time researching the car prior to visiting Indy Auto Man. When I arrived, the car was freshly washed, cleaned and pulled to the front. Dave gave me time alone to look over the car (which I greatly appreciate)--about 10 minutes later, he gave me the keys and I took it for a test drive. I am very observant so naturally I had a lot of questions; some of my questions Dave knew the answer to, and others he honestly said he didn't know (again, I appreciate). After purchasing the car, I took it to an Acura dealership & had it inspected-- mechanics came back with minor recommended repairs which I expected. Scott the finance manager did a great job of shopping for the best rates. I really felt that he was looking out for my best interest; not to mention his interest rate beat my bank. From the time I arrived to the time I left was about 2 hours. Haggle-free, quick and painless. My two hour drive to Carmel was definitely worth it and I know I got a solid car. Drove 500+ miles, Completely Worth It! I have been looking for a Fiat 500 for almost 6 months but I had a relatively low price point (under $10,000 dollars) as I didn't want to finance more I have been looking for a Fiat 500 for almost 6 months but I had a relatively low price point (under $10,000 dollars) as I didn't want to finance more than 50% of my purchase. My salesperson, Brennan Young, worked with me over the phone (as I live in Michigan) and did everything possible to be pleasant, accommodating, and proactive. I was extremely impressed that Brennan talked to me (a woman) rather than directing conversation to my husband as had occurred at other dealerships. I noticed a scratch on the door and within an hour, it had been removed and my car was pristine. We saved a significant amount of money and ended up with the car of my dreams with fewer than 20,000 miles. I can't even imagine how the experience could have been better.
