I did my homework and had two to three models I was interested in buying. Indy Auto Man's lot carried all three. When Cleve and I talked about what I was looking for, he kept an eye out and told me abo interested in buying. Indy Auto Man's lot carried all three. I narrowed the search down to one make/model and Indy Auto Man carried three of them. I was able to pick and chose and drove off the lot confident in my purchase. In early August, We stopped into Indy Auto Man to see a car we'd seen advertised on cars.com and thought the dealer was open, but it was actually a few minutes past closing and only one employee was there. car we'd seen advertised on cars.com and thought the dealer was open, but it was actually a few minutes past closing and only one employee was there. But he was very courteous and let us test-drive the car we wanted to see. He told us we'd have to call in the next day about pricing and such but we really appreciated driving it because the dealership is quite a distance from our home. We ultimately bought the car, a 2009 Subaru Forester, on 8/10/13, and VIctor has been awesome to deal with. There were a few problems with the car, like it only had one key, and he has taken care of ALL of them and been more than fair with us. I would definitely recommend this dealership, I admit I was a little skeptical at first, it's not your typical Carmel car dealership, but it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had with a dealer. I was actually ready to leave as that was initially the only car I was interested in, however, Jake simply asked me what needs I was looking to fill in an automobile. He asked me first about my family, which I greatly appreciated as my wife and I just had a newborn girl only 6 weeks ago. I stressed the importance of having a safe, reliable 4 door vehicle that would easily accommodate a care seat and plenty of trunk space for stroller, etc. In addition, I was looking for a car with good gas mileage under 100K on miles and all for under $10K. He recommended the 2004 Toyota Camry with only 80,000 miles for $9450 and brought the car up for a test drive. I enjoyed it immediately and also appreciated the fact that Jake continued to get to know more about me and my needs while also sharing information about his own family. Jake did a masterful job of building trust while still uncovering needs, and all in a no pressure, relaxed manner. He even offered to give me a ride home so that my wife could come back to sign paperwork while we exchanged places so I could tend to the baby. All in all, I could not have been more pleased with my entire car buying experience at Indy Auto Man and most importantly with Jake Morris. He is an exceptional car consultant who took the time necessary to build a lasting relationship with his client. A few days ago, I came to Indy Auto Man because I was in the market for a new car and I had heard from a friend how easy they were to work with and that the prices are very fair. When he walked up to me, I began to think that he was the typical car salesman, but he was very nice and easy to work with! after I finished my test drive, I decided to buy.
