Hi. I sent you a message through your website and explained my situation to you. Myself, Summer Palmer and my husband David Palmer purchased a 2006 lexus is250 back in May. Until I got Eugene involved our service was god awful. Jeff talked in circles and Scott didn't want to help us nor use our bank Navy Federal, which at the time my husband was deployed to Afghanistan and he had to call when he could to get the deal done. I was his power of attorney also. We were already approved before I even walked into your dealership. And to top it off my bank still has NOT received the title. I've called 3 different times left messages and your front desk girl taking calls would NEVER put us through a manager. I finally talked with Trina, which she was helpful, and I guess they sent our title to a different credit union. Very frustrating! That's why I would not recommend your dealership bc we had nothing but issues. It's a shame too bc you have some awesome vehicles that I would love to purchase in the near future. My other issue was Jeff told me they would have my oil changed also before I would leave the lot and Eugene stated they typically tell all customers to do their own oil change after purchase. So I went and got it changed and had to pay $118 and they said it was low under the first dot on the stick. Just frustrating. My number is 513-594-4153 if you have any questions. Hello Summer, I see there was a miscommunication and probably a mistake on our part in regards to the title. As far as bank approval, I recollect there was quite a bit of hassle associated with POA. I will check with Scott on what happened and why we were not able to deliver great service in your situation. As far as Eugene and Trina, they are the right people to talk to at the dealership when it comes t vehicle service and title issues. It is a bit frustrating to them to get 1 star rating, as they did everything right. Nonetheless, I will have conversation with Jeff and Scott to see what happened. At this point I just our title sent to Navy Federal and be done with this situation. There was no problem with our POA that's the first I heard of that. Like I said Eugene and Trina were fantastic, however the other two were not. I will re rate my decision once Navy a federal receives our title. Thank you again. Summer Palmer
