Outstanding Sales and Service I purchased my 2004 X-Type Jaguar on Valentine's Day, 2015. Between Rob and Victor, I was treated with dignity and respect; and I'm not always the ea I purchased my 2004 X-Type Jaguar on Valentine's Day, 2015. Between Rob and Victor, I was treated with dignity and respect; and I'm not always the easiest to get along with. I had to get some work done that revealed that I had a bad battery. Victor went above and beyond and arranged for me to get a replacement battery at a VERY SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS from Autozone on Rangeley Rd. Brian was more than professional and helpful. He worked to get the price down to the agreed upon price and installed the battery at no additional charge. That sort of service warrants driving the additional distance. Words cannot proudly express my gratitude to Victor at Indy Auto Man and Brian at Autozone. -Darryl White More

Great experience at Indy Auto My wife and I came here on a Saturday just to look. We had been looking around online for a specific type of car. There were several dealers in the ar My wife and I came here on a Saturday just to look. We had been looking around online for a specific type of car. There were several dealers in the area that had exactly what we wanted. We have not purchased a car since 2007, so we were expecting to have to deal with cheesy salesman, etc. We arrived to Indy Auto and were able to freely walk the lot to see what else they had that maybe wasn't on their site. By the time we found the one we wanted to see, we were able to test drive it with no problems. After dealing with the salesperson Todd, we were able to get the car we wanted at a fair rate. Overall, their staff was very friendly, and even had a follow up phone call from Kyle to see how the new car was treating us. I would highly recommend Indy Auto. More

All the people are so kind to me. I bought my car here. All the people are so kind to our famliy. Especiall the guy who explain the documents to me. His name is Mike Lawson. However, it seems that the other guy always want earn more money from us :). When I bought the car. The mirror was broken. They promise to fix it, and I need to pay $100 for it. However, when they fix the mirror. They just put a new mirror on the broken mirro. They don't replace it or fix it. Which make me fell so bad. While, They will help me to cope with the problem in the future. When I asked the FIRESTONE COMPLET AUTO CARE to check my car. They recomment that the diagnostic service is failured, the brake rotors-front should be replaced, the four tires should be replaced. IT will cost more money. While, they will give me further help to cope with the issues. As a result, I think it may be a good idea to buy used Car here. More
