Upon arriving they had several quality luxury cars in the lot. I drove six different cars and a couple of them twice. Brady just kept feeding me the keys and sent me on my way to test drive. Brady wasn't the pushy salesman and had my interest at heart. He would have let me drive every car on the lot if it came to that. Brady is there to build the relationship and to provide top quality customer satisfaction. I was trading in my Audi S5 and Eugene provided a great trade in value that no other dealer could provide. Eugene has an extensive knowledge of every vehicle in inventory and is able to recommend cars to your interests. Eugene has his cars priced very competitively and you will not find a better deal. Excellent car and even BETTER customer service I recently purchased my very first car after graduating college. I had a budget in mind, but didn't know what would really be a good fit for me so I s I recently purchased my very first car after graduating college. I had a budget in mind, but didn't know what would really be a good fit for me so I started looking online and found a few options at Indy Auto Man in Carmel. I have a brand new job, and some hefty student loans, and thought that I might have troubled getting financing, however, Scott Strong at Indy Auto Man was able to get me approved the same day I applied. Not only did I get approved, my interest rate is lower than I expected...blew me away! After getting approved for a loan I worked with Mike Lawson who is a manager at the dealership. Mike helped me find an awesome Scion TC that has been a perfect fit for me! I was a little nervous purchasing my first car, however, after comparing prices at dealerships all over the Indianapolis area, it was pretty obvious that Indy Auto Man had not only the best selection, but far and away the best price. Mike spent several hours over two days working with me. Mike answered all my questions, and explained the pros and cons of several different vehicles so that I could make the best possible decision when buying my new Scion. I never thought about buying a warranty on a car, honestly, I didn't know warranties were available after the new car warranty expired. Mike explained that Indy Auto Man works with a national warranty company that offers many options for extended warranties on pre-owned cars. After reviewing the warranty cost and the warranty duration and coverage, I bought a 48 month 48,000 mile extended warranty that covers just about every potential repair issue my car could have. The warranty even includes a rental car on repairs that would take more than 4 hours to fix. What really got my attention with this coverage is that the warranty offered by Indy Auto Man allows me to get my car fixed ANYWHERE if I have a problem. Mike told me I could even take my car to a dealer or to any other mechanic I want. My extended coverage also includes road side assistance, key lock out service, and gas delivery if I ever run out on the road. I couldn't believe that here I was buying a used car but getting a new car like warranty for 4 YEARS! Better yet, the whole warranty cost me like $30 a month on my payment. Every time I look at my warranty coverage I see something I didn't notice before, I gotta tell you, this added protection really does keep me driving without worrying about some unplanned issue that could occur with any used car. I have never written a review good or bad about any business before now, but in this case, I wanted to say "thank you" to Mike Lawson and Indy Auto Man and let others know that there are really good people in the used car business and I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND Indy Auto Man to anyone looking for a great car and an awesome dealership!
