VERY UNSATISFIED AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased a 2008 Mazda in late October 2014. When taking the car in for a headlight replacement and regular inspection a month after purchasing, se I purchased a 2008 Mazda in late October 2014. When taking the car in for a headlight replacement and regular inspection a month after purchasing, several problems were found. Engine mount #3 is completely busted and needs replaced, the timing chain (a very expensive repair) is loose and needs replaced within the next few thousand miles, the engine and cabin filters are destroyed, the CD player has never worked (dealer never mentioned it not working), headlights were missing actual sockets which made the car unsafe to drive at night, and finally the battery died soon after purchasing. None of these issues were listed on the Indy Auto Man service inspection report. After many phone calls to Indy Auto Man and nothing being settled over the phone, my father and I made a trip to the dealership. Mike, the service manager reviewed my file and reminded me I signed an "as-is" agreement many times. He also suggested that if I had bought a warranty that I would not be having any issues getting the needed repairs. I looked into the warranty and found the above issues would not be covered under warranty anyway because they are all pre-existing issues. DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY DIRECTLY FROM INDY AUTO MAN. They just want more money from you. After being talked down to because the service manager thinks I've never bought a car before, he finally offered to replace the CD player. He said he would contact me within the next week to set-up an appointment to repair the CD player. Well, it's been 4 weeks and I have never received a call from Indy Auto Man even after following up about the CD player repair. I was actually told by Jake, the office manager, that Mike the service manager did not want any of my calls sent thru to him. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They definitely piece their cars together with silly putty and gum just to get them sold then never want to talk to you again. More

Great service experience I took my car in to get worked on, and Victor assured me he'd be able to take care of it. Not only were all my car issues were resolved, but also quic I took my car in to get worked on, and Victor assured me he'd be able to take care of it. Not only were all my car issues were resolved, but also quickly and for a very good price. They have relationships with a lot of the parts suppliers and service stores nearby, which saved me quite a bit of money. Highly recommend! More

Victor and Michael found me this Lexus, yes Lexus, in an excellent condition at a very, very reasonable price. Even when the Lexus had some minor problems, they fixed them until I was completely satisfied. I was a bit skeptical about buying a used car before, I would definitely come back to Victor when I have to consider buying the next car. More

With a bit of apprehension I went to take a look. I met Tom Kemp, a salesperson, who took care of me, answered my questions went with me on a test drive, negotiated price a bit, helped me with financing. The car was in excellent condition and ran beautifully. That was almost six months ago. I have yet to have one problem. I drive the car every day. I live in Indianapolis and have driven to Michigan, Ohio and all around Indiana. I am very satisfied and will certainly call Tom when I am in need or recommend him and IndyAutoMan to anyone who is looking for an excellent used car deal. Thank You! More
