I would recommend anyone looking to buy a used car to start here. I purchased one on 10-25-2012 and was treated fairly. All of my used car nightmares came true! I was given a laundry list of things that were new or repaired on the car I bought, told that the concerns I had would be fixed and that this was a "very reli laundry list of things that were new or repaired on the car I bought, told that the concerns I had would be fixed and that this was a "very reliable" car. I asked for receipts from all of the repairs done before I bought the car...never got them. We took the car back 3 times within the first 2 weeks to fix things that we agreed on....each time the repairs were not 100% completed. Long story short....the car required almost $3,000 (non of which the dealer stood behind) in repairs within the first 2 months of owning it....if that is your definition of "reliable", buy from these guys. I got lost on my way to the dealership due to construction work on Meridian. Called the dealer and got immediate response and accurate directions. Met with their sales person, Dan, who was the fr construction work on Meridian. Called the dealer and got immediate response and accurate directions. Met with their sales person, Dan, who was the friendliest guy I ever saw. I liked that he was not uptight and dressed casually just like me. This made me very comfortable. I probably spent an hour test driving cars and testing Dan's patience. Finally I found an Acura TSX that I fell in love with. I acknowledged Dan that I will be coming back next day with my wife. Well, long story short, we came next day, wife approved my choice, their finance guy approved us for financing, we signed paperwork and left. I would say it was pretty easy transaction. The only negative I saw is that their customer parking was packed, so I needed to park at the random spot at the dealership when I came with my wife next day. Oh well, I still feel like I was treated really well, even though they were busy. The tip I would give is that I bet it is better to visit them on any other day but Saturday (more parking space for customers). More
