There was a great selection on the lot, but Tom never pressured us but just made it clear that he wanted us to end up in the right car for our daughter and us. We have bought a LOT of cars over the years and Tom honestly made this our best experience yet. He was very patient and just quietly confident that we would find the right car and he was right. Fast and Easy Experience My husband and I recently visited Indy auto man for the first time. We had done our shopping on the website beforehand. We were greeted at the door by Bill S who was very friendly and helpful. We told him which car we were interested in and he took us straight to it. Within 15 min we were on our test drive. While we were out, they appraised our trade in and had a quote ready by the time we returned. We had some questions and Eugene and Bill did an excellent job answering them. They were great at meeting our concerns and providing the information we needed. We purchased the vehicle and were done within 1 1/2 hours. There was none of that "lets let them sit and wait it out" that you get at some dealerships. Bill was great to work with and Eugene made sure everything was to our liking. By far the easiest dealership we have ever worked with. We loved the drive and the new car so much, we took the long way home! More
