STOP!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER This was my worst buying experience ever. Although I did not do a very good job inspecting the vehicle I was appalled once I discovered some very ser This was my worst buying experience ever. Although I did not do a very good job inspecting the vehicle I was appalled once I discovered some very serious issues with the vehicle. Immediately after leaving the dealership I went for an oil change only to find out I had a headlight out and there was a major oil leak. Decided to have the light bulb replaced however that did not correct the problem because someone had taken out the ballest and fuse for this light. I went to a real dealership to have this vehicle checked out and was told by that mechanic they could not believe this vehicle was sold in this condition and that I had just purchased a money pit. Went back to Indy Auto Man to see how they would help resolve the issue only to be told that I purchased the car as is and they would not do anything regarding taking back the vehicle but that I could use on of their mechanic shops to take care of the repairs needed. There needs to be laws put in place against this type of dealership which does not have any integrity and is only worried about their bottom line. Be ware of what you are buying when dealing with this dealership. Also make sure you read all the fine print on any warranty purchased from this dealership as well. You just may not be getting what you think you paid for. More

My New Mazda Speed6 Excellent customer service they helped us as best they could to get into our new car. Even though there was some issues they said they would help with Excellent customer service they helped us as best they could to get into our new car. Even though there was some issues they said they would help with what needed done. Before i left the lot I noticed the driver left tire had a bulge in it and Eugene told me he would pay for the tire to be replaced just to have the tire place i took it to call him and he would take care of it. Now after i got home i have noticed the other front tire has a bulge in it also . So I will call him and talk to him about it if he pays for the one tire I will buy the other everyone there was just awesome and so nice Tom was also working his butt off to help us get into this car. Also the driver window doesn't work right the minute but they are working with me to fix that. So as of right now i give them a Awesome review depending on if they keep to their word which i think they will. Thanks again guys for getting us into this car. More

I had recently changed jobs and needed to trade down into a smaller vehicle so I dropped in and talked with Eugene and Tom. Eugene was VERY FAIR with his offers to me on my trade-in value and found a nice little cooper in great shape at a fair price to put me into. I can highly recommend working with Tom and Eugene here at IndyAutoman, and when my wife needs a new van in a couple years...I know who'll I'll be calling :) Thanks guys! More

The website was informative, the people were polite and helpful, and we found a vehicle we liked at a good price. We did have an issue with the vehicle that was not the fault of Indy Auto Man, but we rece helpful, and we found a vehicle we liked at a good price. He really showed a desire to make me pleased with my overall experience with the dealership, and made me feel important as a customer. That is not standard treatment at all places these days, so that is the top reason that I would recommend this dealership to others. More

We came to Indy Auto Man because they had listed on the web a 2003 Honda Civic that we wanted to see. Though we arrived just at their closing time, Tyler offered to stay late and let us see and test drive web a 2003 Honda Civic that we wanted to see. Though we arrived just at their closing time, Tyler offered to stay late and let us see and test drive the car we had viewed on the web. We liked the car, and he offered us a 50/50, 3000 mile/3 month warranty, against anything that was defective. He was great to work with. We purchased the car, and then a few days later took it to our local shop to have them change the tires (we owned a new set that would fit) , and the service tech told us we had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed, one of which could be expensive to repair. So we called Tyler to see if it would be covered by our warranty, and he said that it would. He was very kind, and reassuring, and worked diligently to make sure we were taken care of. We now have the Civic back, and it seems to be doing very well so far. We have been happy with this dealer, and would work with Tyler again. More

Indy Auto Man has a great selection of cars and a very helpful staff. I went in looking for an Audi but Kirill Sushko put me in a much better ride for the price. He knows his cars inside and out.
