I have purchased from this dealer before with no issues at all in the past. I decided to go back this past April and purchased an F-150 for $26,000. Sales rep was great and the truck drove fine when I left at all in the past. I decided to go back this past April and purchased an F-150 for $26,000. Sales rep was great and the truck drove fine when I left the lot. Within 7 daysI had misfires left and right. I called them and the manager responded via email, their service department attempted to call me once and upon returning their call I was never able to get a response. At this point I took the car to a local mechanic who was dumbfounded that the electrical connectors to my coils were being secured by coat hangers. It was pretty obvious that they didn’t inspect this truck to any extent. I don’t want to write a book here but 6 months later I have had to replace the following: All coils/plugs= $800 Timing chain= $3,400 Turbo= $1,400 All pinions= $800 Alternator and Serpentine belt= $1500 Brake vacuum hose= $550 I know there is a risk buying a used car but spending $26,000 and having this result is beyond the typical risk you face. I am sure that they will respond with the fact that they made an effort to communicate with me but most of that was negotiating what they would fix vs. what I would have to pay for after having it for 10 days which obviously did not give me confidence in their service integrity. The GM was apologetic and responsive but it is unfortunate that his level of care is not reflected amongst other divisions of this company. I have referred several people to them and I hope their experience was better than mine. I will also be happy to update this review with all my receipts and service records for further validation.
