Upon hearing the actual exchange, we have determined that nothing inappropriate or offensive was said by Mr. Goldstein. This was a negotiation in which two parties were too far apart to strike an agreement, and we disagree with this interpretation of the conversation.

If someone says something that was passive aggressive it is open to interpretation and tone as well as context. On the positive we purchased the same vehicle with better mileage and aesthetically appearance for less and the sales person was more than helpful and accommodating so thank you because without that poor experience we would not have found a better opportunity
