Painless and upfront We just left the dealership of which we purchased 3 new vehicles 4 to 5 years ago and after the trouble we had in the past 6 months vowed never to buy We just left the dealership of which we purchased 3 new vehicles 4 to 5 years ago and after the trouble we had in the past 6 months vowed never to buy from them again. Our son recommended Subaru and has been happy with his purchase and we decided to go look what was available.We meet Marty on the lot at the end of the night about a month ago and he was very pleasant even though we were not there to buy at that time. When we were totally disgusted with our current dealer we ventured over to see Marty again to see if he could help us. What a breath of fresh air. As I said earlier we had just been dealing with a dealership that we couldnt trust any longer. We knew they were lying to us every step because we could see their lips moving. Marty was the best thing that happened to us involving our cars in a long time. He was courteous and helpful. Bobby Bibeau made sure we had the financing we needed at a great rate. More importantly, they communicate with their customers without the typical sales pitch rhetoric. I chose this dealership from 2 states away. Not only were they able get me the car I wanted but they also navigated taxes, title and license plate transfer from Illinois to Michigan. Believe me, there are tons of dealerships from Michigan to Illinois, but International Subaru is the absolute best in a 300 mile radius. From the first shopping day this dealership was the only one who provided HONEST information. Selecting my car; negotiating price, finance vs leasing; service for my car; the warranty... they explained every single thing in a way that made me know I was getting the absolute best deal on a really fantastic car.
