For 3 years she stayed in touch with me for when I was ready to buy. I had always told her I would purchase my next SUV from her, and at that time just only considered another RAV4. However.........since that time Janine made a career move to another dealership in Orland Park. I live in Plainfield IL, but made the travel to Orland Park. Best Buying Experience Ever I went to this dealer because it was near my home and a Subaru was one of three brands I was considering. My sales guy was Barry and if anyone broke I went to this dealer because it was near my home and a Subaru was one of three brands I was considering. My sales guy was Barry and if anyone broke the "Car Salesman" stereotype, it was him. He was not pushy, new his product and allowed us to process the information without tackling us as we left the dealership to look at other brands down the street. He was pure class and a very sincere guy. I am 68 years old and have never had this good of a car buying experience, ever. We decided on the Subaru the same afternoon and got back with Barry the following week. I did call other Subaru dealers for competitive quotes, but got the best deal at International Subaru. When the car arrived, Barry called us and set up the closing. The dealership had all the paperwork done, including the financing package. Barry took us through the operation of the vehicles various options and synced our phones to the car, set the clock. When he was through we went directly to the finance department where everything was prepared for signing. This Dealership knows how to run a car business and also how to hire good people. Oh yeah, and I was surprised with a full tank of gas. We really love the Subaru Forester Limited too. More
