Dennis and I looked online and found an exact match at another dealership. After checking it's availability, we came to an agreement on the price and trade. "Q" Clark then got involved and the paperwork was probably the easiest I've experienced at any dealership. Got what we wanted for what we wanted, quickly and professionally. In addition, they managed to work in an oil change and tire rotation for my F250 into their busy shop schedule while we were negotiating. Wife is happy with the new Escape. I have had many opportunities to speak with the various sales force members and because of their professional attitudes and the way they make me feel like a valued customer, I will buy my next vehicle from Interstate Ford. In the same time I have worked with the parts department and I have seen a complete turn around in their customer service and parts availability. Having no hidden agendas, I will say that past parts service was something to be desired.
