Great Repair Service Experience I worked mostly with Jeff Duvall on a electrical issue with my Explorer. Jeff called on my extended warranty and got that approval, he also called aft I worked mostly with Jeff Duvall on a electrical issue with my Explorer. Jeff called on my extended warranty and got that approval, he also called after the problem was diagnosed and again when the repair was complete. Great communication. This was my first experience with Interstate Ford but I will be back with both Ford vehicles we own for service, repairs, tires and at some point to purchase a new vehicle. More

Interstate Ford has been so helpful to me as a single lady! Rob in Parts has been especially helpful as I ordered parts I could install myself. My first service experience there was also just GREAT. Adrien saw my work was done as promptly as possible and kept me informed as to the progress of work. THEN! Jeremiah in Service helped me install some weatherstrip on my vehicle that I surely would have struggled with myself. Feeling cared for! Thanks guys! More

Best car experience ever. I'm still speechless. I am so grateful for the help and kindness i was shown. My previous lease with a different dealership was coming to a close a I'm still speechless. I am so grateful for the help and kindness i was shown. My previous lease with a different dealership was coming to a close and I had very little information on the process or what my next steps would be. I had been referred to Interstate Ford and to see Stacia Shane-Clark. I called the afternoon before and made an appt for early because I expected this to be a day long process. Stacia greeted me by name as I was walking through the door. She had a vehicle ready for me to see and drive, she had the best possible deal ready. I was made to feel like family. I was put at ease and helped not only through the easiest car purchase EVER, but Stacia took the time to help me return my car to the other dealership. My time in the finance office with Q Clark was just as awesome. This was the best experience one could ever hope for. This was so quick and easy. I was treated with respect kindness, and friendship. And I got a better deal than I had ever anticipated. This is the Only dealership anyone should go to. More
