I had a disappointing experience with the service I received from Jenna. During my visit, she asked if I wanted my tires rotated, which I agreed to. However, when my truck was returned, she told me eve received from Jenna. During my visit, she asked if I wanted my tires rotated, which I agreed to. However, when my truck was returned, she told me everything was “all set” without mentioning that the tire rotation had not actually been completed. I had to ask after watching them work on my truck and me noticing it wasn’t done. Jenna denied checking me in and when she noticed her mistake she said “oh I guess I did”’ When I questioned this, her response was dismissive, and she even rolled her eyes, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Clear communication and basic customer service go a long way, and unfortunately, this interaction fell short on both. I was sent to a tire shop by Jeff who tried to resolve the issue. The tire shop didn’t do the rotation correctly and I now have to go back tomorrow. I bought two new vehicles from interstate and I can’t even get a basic service I had already paid for. I spoke with the owner and he was very kind. However I can’t return for service at this time due to the way I was treated. I have spent over $150,000 there over 3 years and I feel like a tire rotation is a basic request. Jenna was rude when she checked me in and acted like I was bothering her. More

The oil change and tire rotation seems to have been done properly, however they did not reset my oil life meter and it appears that they put someone else's reminder sticker on my windshield... The Interstate Ford dealership provided a friendly buying experience with expedient processing times. We benefitted from working online and via text with David Pogue in advance, significantly shortening the experience with expedient processing times. We benefitted from working online and via text with David Pogue in advance, significantly shortening the in-dealer, typical run-around experienced elsewhere when working in-person only. David provided a no-drama sales experience. There is minor room for improvement from the finance department as we were initially thrown a curve ball given we were told the dealership will not honor our chosen credit union as they are not within their network of options. This appears to be extorsion and their forcing us into their "approved" network without having communicated this in advance of an agreed upon sale which would have terminated said sale. However, at least after discussing with finance department that we had a more competitive and approved rate quote, only then did he attempt to have his network compete the rate, otherwise he communicated we could NOT use our own. This competition turned into a better rate than we had quoted, so it worked in the end, but only after some consternation with the lack of upfront communication. Nonetheless, we are happy with our overall dealership experience at Interstate Ford. More
