I have an appointment schedule to have my oil changed and tires rotated. After waiting for an hour, I walked up to the service desk to find out how much longer I should expect this 20 minute job to take. The tires rotated. The gentleman at the services desk explained no one had touched my truck yet, but it would only be another 30 minutes or so. Waiting 90 minutes for a simple oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment is ridiculous!!! More
I honestly cannot say enough great things about Todd. He is above and beyond in customer service and so very helpful. Buying cars is hard for me, and He made it easy! This place is a joke. I brought my Explorer in to fix the touch screen and the service advisor, Allen Maillet gladly took the keys to the vehicle. I told him what was wrong, who the extended warranty company touch screen and the service advisor, Allen Maillet gladly took the keys to the vehicle. I told him what was wrong, who the extended warranty company was and what dealership I purchased the vehicle from. He explained that it would be a $139 service charge (which the dealership I bought the vehicle from was going to pay). After a few hours he called and told me that the insurance company wanted to offer $40 less than what he was going to charge, so he didnt want to do it... I immediately offered to pay the remaining $40 so he could order the part and I could get my vehicle back. His response was, "yeah, I am not going to do that, or work with that warranty company" After that I got in touch with my original dealership who had talked to this Allen guy, and they explained to me that he told them that he just didnt want to do the extra paperwork, but yet he still expected the $139 service fee. I called O'Meara Ford, explained the whole situation and they basically said, "Absolutely! We will get this taken care of for you." Long story short, Allen is an absolutely LAZY worthless employee, and he and Interstate Ford are a bunch of thieves ! I would think long and hard before I give these guys any of your business! If this is how they treat a service call, their must treat their full customers like dog xxxx, ya know, because of all the paperwork.... More
