Came in to get a couple recalls done on our explorer and fix a check engine light plus get an oil change and rotate. $180+ for the oil change and rotate. Didn't top off all fluids (wiper fluid), didn't res fix a check engine light plus get an oil change and rotate. $180+ for the oil change and rotate. Didn't top off all fluids (wiper fluid), didn't reset oil life or put a new reminder sticker in the windshield. Happy with the recall work and repair but I will avoid the oil change there. More

I recently bought a vehicle from them and it was an overall good experience. I got a lot of the included stuff, like a car wash pass and such, but only got a half to three quarters of a tank of gas whe overall good experience.
