Cruise control will not reduce speed going downhill. Service department claims this is normal. I don't agree. Every Ford I ever owned reduced the speed on a downhill road. Brian was great-He didnt pressure us which is what we liked. He had patience the whole day. We would have gone somewhere else or not even have purchased a car if he was any other way.
