Cruise control will not reduce speed going downhill. Service department claims this is normal. I don't agree. Every Ford I ever owned reduced the speed on a downhill road. Brian was great-He didnt pressure us which is what we liked. He had patience the whole day. We would have gone somewhere else or not even have purchased a car if he was any other way. I worked with Mathew Multhauf and he did an awesome job…didnt beat around the bush with the sales, which I appreciate. Only problem I had was the detailing, or lack there of. I was expecting the insid job…didnt beat around the bush with the sales, which I appreciate. Only problem I had was the detailing, or lack there of. I was expecting the inside of the car to be cleaned as well as the outside, only the outside was done. Not a big issue since I am pleased with my purchase. I will return again! More
