Katie got me a rental for the day so that the more extensive repairs could be done, and made sure to call and let me know the status of my vehicle later on. When I came to pick up the car, the woman who checked me out asked if I had any coupons, and when I said no, she grabbed one out of her own purse for me to use. Cannot say enough good things about the staff at Inver Grove Honda. More

SRS Warning light Called the dealership late in the day to discuss a SRS warning light. We had just received a diagnosis from another shop that didn't sound right so w Called the dealership late in the day to discuss a SRS warning light. We had just received a diagnosis from another shop that didn't sound right so we wanted second opinion. Katie listened to our problems & offered several same day appointments. We dropped off the car at 4:00. About 1 1/2 hours later, the mechanic called to say that our car had been repaired & was ready for pickup. Our bill: $140 diagnostic fee compared to the other shop's quote of $1,600. Since the first shop had diagnosed our car's problem incorrectly, we asked for & received a full refund of the diagnosis fee. Thank you Inver Grove Honda! More
