The person who helped me showed me the results of the test and suggested a replacement in the future, perhaps in a year. Honesty prevailed where they could have sold me a new battery! More

Poor Honda Quality and Service Had service scheduled (1/18/18) for a 2017 CR-V with 1,200 miles to address an issue which was diagnosed as a faulty fuel injector. On the way to the Had service scheduled (1/18/18) for a 2017 CR-V with 1,200 miles to address an issue which was diagnosed as a faulty fuel injector. On the way to the appointment the vehicle broke down. Called the service department and was told to contact Honda Roadside Assistance. IGH left me stranded five miles away (494 & Bailey Road) for 3½ hours until their outsourced towing service arrived. It took nearly a week to get a new fuel injector as none were in stock. Not until the new part was being installed was it was discovered that the fuel rail leaked. At this time (1/30/18) the CR-V remains at IGH as the fuel rail also had to be special ordered. I have no confidence in Honda service nor trust in the new Honda I recently purchased. Unreliable vehicle. Unacceptable service. Unimpressive buying experience had already been documented in customer survey. First and last time Honda owner. More
