Purchased a CRV Traded in my 2013 Honda Accord for a 2017 CR-V. Was nervous buying the 2017 CR-V because it did not have a CD player in it which I used quite a bit i Traded in my 2013 Honda Accord for a 2017 CR-V. Was nervous buying the 2017 CR-V because it did not have a CD player in it which I used quite a bit in my Honda Accord for books on tape and playing CD's. Before buying, I wanted to make sure I could listen to books on tape from the library using Apple CarPlay. I appreciated the time the staff took to explain to me the technology and showing me that I could do what I wanted to do through Apple CarPlay. Also feel if I had any questions on any features or technology my new car has to offer, the staff would be there to help. More

I lost a jump drive under my front seat it fell behind one of the bolts for the seat he helped pull back the carpet to find it. I’m in need of tires and he took the time to explain wear and tear and different treads. I never feel taken advantage of and as a woman that doesn’t know much about cars that’s huge to me.
