We ended up buying a completely different car that we are extremely happy with - both from a price point and condition of car. Great Customer Service Typically, Service advisors in Dealership like to pretend they know an answer but rather provide wrong inaccurate info. to customers but with Derrin, Typically, Service advisors in Dealership like to pretend they know an answer but rather provide wrong inaccurate info. to customers but with Derrin, I can see that he is knowledgeable and able to find the answer for me with all the resources and tools he had as a Service Adviosr Two times in the past at this delership, I were given wrong information such as that is how my automatic wiper work until later I found out that it is a bugs on the software, the other time, my audio Bluetooth stop play audio steaming but anything else work.and I told that service advisor that I troubleshoot software for ppls for living and he told me because I am running the latest software therefore he can't help. Stupid answer after the mechanic found out a reset on factory on the car audio system solve it. Bluetooth audio won't pair update certain is xxxxxxxx. So now I am only working with Derrin from now on More
