I was given the quote and that was the price I paid (no huge-add on's later). I was advised about upcoming maintenance, but I declined doing it now, and I received no hard sales pressure/guilt. It was noted on the final bill, and that helps me plan. Everyone -- from Glenn at the start, to the young man who showed me the right exit door -- professional, friendly, timely.
