Matt arranged for me to have a loaner car and that my car would be ready that night so I could pick it up first thing in the morning. I also never felt that he was trying to push products and services on me, but wanted to make sure that my car wasn't going to give me any problems when I was on some mountain pass in NC! While it is not IGH's fault, I am extremely displeased that my 2014 Accord needed a $700 starter replacement at 45,000 miles. My 2000 Accord went well past 200,000 miles before any large expense and is still running well at 278,000 miles, which influenced my decision to buy my 2014 Accord. If the next major expense on my newer Accord comes too soon, this will be my last Honda. If I had bought a Hyundai or Kia and had this problem at this mileage, this repair would have been under warranty. More
