Got scratches after install side body molding. My experience with Inver Grove Honda was a breeze! I bought a HRV and had to wait 14 days to get the HRV that I wanted. Which was totally fine by me b My experience with Inver Grove Honda was a breeze! I bought a HRV and had to wait 14 days to get the HRV that I wanted. Which was totally fine by me because the process only took roughly 30 minutes but I was there for three hours due to the fact that they have to do those pre-check ups. Now the reason why I'm not giving them a 5 star is because of the service, the mechanical side.... Six days after I got the HRV. I took it back to install the side body moldings. I didn't see the scratches at that time until today while installing my dash cams. There is a couple of scratches on the lip on the driver side. Now I know this wasnt costed by me because I still drive my accord and only drive the HRV here and there. And also I haven't drove the HRV since the side body molding was installed. I know most of you that's going to read my review are going to say "Oh, your car I going to get scratch no matter what!" Etc. Yes, I do agree. But I want to do the scratching and dents. Not another human being who I am suppose to trust my vehicle with and there job is to not cost any damage to the vehicle! More

Last minute idea that came true! It was Tuesday, 4/4/17, about 2:00 p.m. when the service warning hit 10%. I took a chance and called Inver Grove Honda in Inver Heights, MN, to see if there was even a possibility of getting an oil change and service about 3:00 p.m., within the next hour! The service rep gave me choices of 2:50 p.m., 3;10 p.m,, and I stopped her (Kristin) and took the 2:50 p.m. slot. I go to Inver Grove Honda regularly for service, but this was the absolute fastest I've ever gotten an appt. My lucky day! I have a 2013 Pilot that has been serviced at every milestone that Honda suggests. I have approx. 198,400 miles of Twin Cities driving on this vehicle. Not for work, but just for my family. I am the only driver and it is very important that my vehicle keep up with our schedules. Honda is great in Service as well as producing dependable transportation for my family. More
