Maintenance and repair I was able to get the car in for repair/service the same day I called the dealer. The appointment scheduler was very responsive to my concerns. Dropping off the car at the dealer was quick and easy. Katie, who I've enjoyed working with in the past, was extremely efficient in preparing the service request, going over the details, and arranging shuttle service for me to get to work. The whole time, I felt as if she really cared about me and my car. Later that day, a service advisor called to let me know what they had found (a dead battery), asked if I wanted to go ahead with the service, and had the car ready to go within a half hour. I've always found the people at Inver Grove Honda to be very friendly, helpful, and courteous. More
