I picked up my new CR-V yesterday W00t!! I've been eagerly awaiting the arrival of what could be my new CR-V and it finally came on Tuesday. We met with Heather Zimmermann on Wednesd W00t!! I've been eagerly awaiting the arrival of what could be my new CR-V and it finally came on Tuesday. We met with Heather Zimmermann on Wednesday to review it (she'd ordered one she thought I would like [she's been my salesperson for about 3 vehicles and knows my desires] and it came. I was under no obligation. Drove it and said it's mine. MINE, I say, MINE! We did the paperwork on Wednesday and I picked it up yesterday. I have the AWD EX-L with NAV in the Sandstorm color. I love it — and am consulting the small manual that came with it — I've figured out how to use "regular" cruise control and feel like my life is complete. I'm an old bird and it will take a bit before I am totally comfortable while I'm behind the wheel. I would shop service providers on previous vehicles I owned only to realize you get what you pay for (Jim Cooper's Tire & Auto in Eagan MN - 2 thumbs down!). I like Inver Grove Honda because they have skilled technicians who perform the work at a fair price and are accountable. For example, I had the transmission fluid changed and realized the fluid level was low after picking up the vehicle. I brought my vehicle back and they added fluid, apologized for the error and provided my next oil change at no cost. I also enjoy owning a Honda as I no longer cringe when I take my vehicle in for service only to find out that I need something else replaced and appreciate their honest feedback when items do need to be replaced. More
