Second, drop off was easy, they even offered a courtesy ride, however, I did not need it. I was called when the vehicle was ready. Very courteous staff. Third, pick up was easy even though it was a cold and busy day for them. Finally, Good follow through, they found another item covered by a warranty that needed to be replaced and ordered the part. All fluids were checked. and documented. I felt confident the car was in good working order because of the extra attention given to communicating to me the customer. More

nice place nice people, but I like taking my two Hondas to Inver Grove for service. I just wish it didn't take an hour and 20 minutes for an oil change with an appointment.
