I called to schedule an oil change and was pleased to get in less than 4 hours later. Matt greeted me with a friendly smile as I entered the service center. The waiting room was comfortable as the time passed. The wait seemed a bit long, however I wasn't too concerned as I had work to keep me occupied. When Matt informed me that my car was ready, his pleasant surprise was that my oil change was free because they had exceeded the promise time. This is a classy dealership! I will be back.
