Great product knowledge and informative process. I had done research online, used Consumer Reports' buying service, and test driven the vehicle. I hadn't expected a 2 month delay in sourcing the trim level I wanted. Dave Sands checked around and found a solution and I had the vehicle in 24 hours. It was sourced, detailed, and customized (permanent wax, 3M shield) in one day. Throughout the process I was never pressured, there were plenty of options which were shared and I felt very comfortable making selections around trim levels, optional coverages, and add-ons. More

He was not pushy when making recommendations and called as he promised the next day. I was in-and-out very quickly and all was well oriented. I got a car wash and it was average; lots of drops left all over the vehicle. My passenger side airbag was replaced as planned, but the dash and window was left dirty with fingerprints; this should have been cleaned (as I had it when I brought it in). The cleaning issues aside, I will be back to IGH Honda for service primarily due to how I was treated in person. Tom H More

We test drove it with Andrew and he explained every detail about the car, accessories upgrade option after the purchase .Few days after the car purchase we received a call from the gentlemen above to check how everything was going with our new vehicle. We really appreciated the call. I know someone might say that’s nothing it’s just a standard procedure to call, but compare that to few months earlier when we purchased a brand new vehicle at another dealership not far from Honda. It looks like they took our money and forgot about us as soon as we drove of the lot. I am still waiting for that standard procedure call. Our experience with this Honda dealership was great. Hopefully everything goes well this vehicle thus the beginning of a long relationship. More

Haven't had cloth for many years and realized with grandkids AND me. It was a must. Also bought mud guards. Weatertech mats and cargo mat. Plan to drive this for many years.
