Didn't have needed parts in stock I called well in advance for an appointment and specifically told them that the LED on the lighted running boards (directly below the driver door) was I called well in advance for an appointment and specifically told them that the LED on the lighted running boards (directly below the driver door) was burned out. This is a very specific description of a problem, and I know from online forums that this is a fairly common problem, so they have certainly worked on it before. I thought maybe they would have the replacement part in stock, or would look at the appointment and think "here we go again with another running board LED problem so we'd better order the part now." Nope. They first had me come in to look at it, then ordered the new one. So now I have to make a second appointment and waste another morning in their waiting room to get the thing fixed. More
