Recently it broke down I bought my car new from Inver Grove Honda in 2012, and have always taken it back to them for service and never had a problem. Recently it broke down, and nobody could give us a straight answer on what was going on... so we called Inver Grove Honda. During the time that they ran diagnostics and fixed our car, they also provided us with a loaner car, which was awesome! They estimated it would take 5 days to fix our car, but after 2 days, they called us and told us it was ready! They are quick and efficient... the place is ALWAYS clean! On top of it all, we got a complimentary oil change and car wash! They have top notch customer service, and they have proven to me over and over, that they are the real deal, and they really know what they are doing with my car, which is a huge part of my daily life. More
