I felt we had a sincere interaction, without the all-too-customary 'bull.' He made a point of introducing me to every department I would be working with as our deal progressed and every interaction was genuine - not designed to manipulate or stall me, not once a waste of my time. The deal was fair, professionally and expeditiously handled. I have been buying cars for myself and my family for over forty years. We visited this dealership 2 years ago when buying used, but they didn't have the right vehicle. So we had to purchase our car from another dealer.
