Today I went to Inver Grove Honda to service the 2010 Pilot I had purchased there previously and decided to look at what was available for used vehicles. I met Jason today and we talked for a little while about what I was looking for and after just a few sentences he was able to identify exactly what I was looking for in their inventory. I test drove it, took it home to consult my wife, and we bought it this afternoon. This is my second great purchasing experience with Inver Grove Honda, and I will be back again! Jason was great to work with - he was an active listener and clearly understood what I was looking for, was able to use his knowledge of the inventory to immediately identify precisely what I had asked for, and made the rest of the process quick and easy for us.
