This was the 2nd new vehicle I've purchased from Jamie in the last 2 years. Just like the first time, he did an excellent job for me. He didn't try to steer me down his path, but rather came along on the road I had to take to make my decision. His followup is excellent. If you're like me, you go into a car dealership expecting that you're going to have to lace up the boxing gloves or swing a tire iron to get out alive, but it's just not like that here. When it came to "closing/check writing time", Keith laid out all the protection package and warranty options - but didn't do the expected "over sell" job on me. There was just never an uncomfortable moment. Believe it or not, I would describe the experience with Jamie and the folks at Inver Grove Honda as fun.
