My experience at Inver Grove Honda was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. In my previous experiences the salesperson were very overbearing, to pushy. She worked with me, and found what I told her I wanted. She sold me a vehicle that met all my criteria. In the past I have had salespeople try and push unwanted vehicles off on me, thankfully that is not what I found at Inver Grove Honda. I have never worked with "a salesman" like Jamie before. While most salesmen are looking to fill their pockets, Jamie was looking to fulfill my needs. He helped me get the perfect van for my family. Having three small kids, safety was very important to me and he was very good at describing features in terms I could understand (not manly mechanic terms). He went above and beyond what I would have expected to get me a great price for my new vehicle as well as a great price for my trade-in. After all the paperwork was completed and I drove off the lot I was very pleased with Jamie's professionalism, kindness and genuine caring for my needs. I even received a follow-up call months after the purchase to make sure everything was going well.
