Oil Change, Check of A Heater Noise Terry Jones was my service manager and he was awesome. I had a strange noise coming from my heater which couldn't be replicated, but I did capture a Terry Jones was my service manager and he was awesome. The service department could not replicate the noise, but since I provided a video, they said they would cover any work even if it was passed the factory warranty which is coming up. Also he offered me a rental car as well instead of waiting for a courtesy shuttle and that was very much appreciated and a huge time saver for me. Excellent job! More
