Check Engine Light Had my check engine light diagnosed. Turned out that I needed the valve timing, spark plugs and a ignition coil replaced. There were several other Had my check engine light diagnosed. Turned out that I needed the valve timing, spark plugs and a ignition coil replaced. There were several other potential repairs which came up as possibilities but the tech and service manager worked to trouble shoot and address via much lower cost approaches. One issue which at first appeared to require the replacement of the rocker arm pressure switch was ultimately mitigated by having the oil changed (which was due anyway) and having a Honda brand oil filter used. The car is 11 years old so I don’t want to put major $ into the car. I also had concerns related to belts and the power steering. Neither came back as needing work, but I was given estimates for the most likely corrections should the concerns present further and ultimately require work. More

Knowledgeable, insightful, helped me understand the problems encountered. Car repairs are no fun, but if all could be handled like Kristin handled my van issues, it would be much easier.
