Always a Great Experience I've been dealing with their service department for 5+ years now and have always been pleased with the work that was done and the service I received. I have a 2008 Honda Element and it had had some brake issues but the dealership went out of its way to make things right for me and bit the bullet for a few things. I now try to work with Chris Cooley who is an advisor there. He is a former mechanic and is very knowledgeable and even more friendly and honest. I highly recommend this service department and I recommend Chris Cooley even more. More

I brought my Honda Element in for service (oil change, inspection and tire rotation). I was greeted at the door by John McCorkel and Sharon. John made me feel right at home and Sharon got me a fresh cup inspection and tire rotation). I was greeted at the door by John McCorkel and Sharon. Sharon let John know the service was complete and he thanked me for choosing Inver Grove Honda for my service (other Honda stores are closer). John and Sharon called me by my first name and made me feel like family and that I was important. I have found a dealership that I will keep returning to. More
