The dealership had wonderful, kind and patient staff. The facility is geared for families and has a playroom, fish tank and TVs to help make the buying experience as enjoyable as possible. My sales person coordinated and answered all me questions via email and all that was left at the dealership was final paperwork. He was a pleasure to work with. I also want to point out that his associate was just as kind and I was impressed that he has a handwritten affirmation on his desk that everyone deserves kindness. I recently purchased a 2026 RAV4 Hybrid from Inver Grove Toyota. Lindsay Wagner was my Sales Consultant. This was my second new car purchase with this dealer and with Lindsay as I also had purchased a 201 Toyota. Lindsay Wagner was my Sales Consultant. This was my second new car purchase with this dealer and with Lindsay as I also had purchased a 2018 Highlander there. The entire process was very smooth. Lindsay is a pleasure to work with. She kept me informed during the not quite 3-month wait for my RAV4. And all went smoothly the day I picked it up. Paperwork was complete and Lindsay gave me a nice orientation to the features on my RAV4. Very nice to work with her and Inver Grove again and I love my new RAV4! More
