Kris Fox was my sales guy and was FANTASTIC!!! I hope he's still selling RAVs when I want a new one!!! From ordering the RAV, to keeping me informed on the status of that order, to finalizing the sale today, the process was seamless! We had a lot of great chats during the ordering process, today while waiting on my trade-in value, and getting the sale finalized. Being able to chat about a lot of things other than the RAV was easy and enjoyable. Time flew by! Kris is very knowledgeable, personable, and down to earth. His co-worker, Mike Rosett in finance, was fantastic as well! He explained add-ons very well and I have to give him kudos for helping me understand all the things! My 2 RAVS from RLT in Golden Valley were serviced there as well. I can't say enough about this business and the people who work in all of the departments! RUN...do not walk to RLT in GV and ask for Kris Fox! You won't be disappointed!
