Now That's Service! I went in without an appointment to get my license plates for my new Highlander and the service department was very busy. Even so, I was helped with I went in without an appointment to get my license plates for my new Highlander and the service department was very busy. Even so, I was helped with getting them put on right away. Meanwhile, Megan, a service advisor, came over and asked if I had any other concerns. I explained that there was an issue with the passenger door weather strip not being installed correctly from the factory. Megan brought Paul from service in to look at it right away. They discovered they had the part in stock and replaced it in short order. Way to go! This was an outstanding service experience, best I've ever had at a busy dealership. Even though they were busy, they made me feel like I was the only one there. Keep up the great work! More
