When my car was done being serviced, he helped me find it. He was very thorough in his explanations of my vehicle and answered every question I had. I, unfortunately went over my miles for my 25,000 service but Mike took care of it anyways despite my mistake and willingness to pay for it. It was very generous of him and I greatly appreciate it!
