Never again I paid top dollar for a used corolla for my daughter with the expectation the car did not have any issues. Within a month I had a $500 repair bill. W I paid top dollar for a used corolla for my daughter with the expectation the car did not have any issues. Within a month I had a $500 repair bill. When I outreached to the dealership twice and they did not even bother to respond. I would not recommend this dealership. Very poor customer service. Sad. I could not bring the car back to the dealership for the repair because it was over 500 miles away and would not have made the trip. It wasn't so much that I wanted assistance with the repair bill but some sort of acknowledgement would have been enough. The small purchases do not matter to this dealership. More

service for recall air bag I had an appt. this last week for a recall on a front airbag. I was told that it would take anywhere from one hour to three hours for the work to be d I had an appt. this last week for a recall on a front airbag. I was told that it would take anywhere from one hour to three hours for the work to be done. Needless to say, I settled in with reading material and freshly made popcorn ( it was delicious-thank you) and I was so surprised when after only an hour and a half my car was done. Everyone that I talked to in sales and in service were so nice and helpful. I would recommend IGH Toyota to anyone that would ask. I have always had good service there so-- THANK YOU and GOOD JOB again ! More

Interior light repair The interior dome light bulb had failed and I did not know how to remove the lens, so I brought the car in for the repair. Toyota won me over from Honda I had narrowed my choice down to a new CRV (I'd had my old CRV for 10 years) or a RAV. I figured I'd drive both the RAV and CRV, but thought I'd prob I had narrowed my choice down to a new CRV (I'd had my old CRV for 10 years) or a RAV. I figured I'd drive both the RAV and CRV, but thought I'd probably then buy another CRV. Patrick McDaniels did an excellent job of explaining the Toyota benefits and things I should consider in my decision. After driving a RAV and then two CRVs, I returned to see Patrick and bought the RAV! Surprised myself! Lots of great features on the new car and Toyota Care is a great benefit. And Patrick did a great job explaining the bells and whistles on the new car before I drove it off the lot -- he even helped program stuff for me. I have already recommended that a friend stop there when she's ready for a new car. More

The Usual Fine Job I'm always impressed by service and staff at IGT, and latest visit was good too. Nice touch to offer popcorn and cookies while waiting. Work got done, including recall service, in less than 90 minutes. Appreciated staff urging tire replacement and offering good bid, but not being too pushy. I'll probably buy tires from you guys next time I'm in, as a result of this. One small suggestion, this is the second time we've been in when car wash was not offered. Reason given was that it was too cold (about 5 degrees) but other car washes all over town were open, and I ended up having to pay $18 at Mister Car Wash on Robert Street. More
