Paid for transfer case and rear differential fluid change. Brought Highlander home and put up on ramps in garage to check for leaks. Discovered drain and fill plugs and not even been removed, still ha change. Brought Highlander home and put up on ramps in garage to check for leaks. Discovered drain and fill plugs and not even been removed, still had corrosion on plug gaskets. Week later, performed fluid change myself and confirmed that no work had been performed. I did contact service manager who offered to reperform fluid change but insisted the work was done. Cancelled appointment - didn't feel comfortable returning to a dishonest service department. More

I dealt with Felix. He was very personable & easy to talk with. We looked at a 2023 Toyota Highlander. We took it for a test drive & I was impressed & started the paper He was very personable & easy to talk with. We looked at a 2023 Toyota Highlander. We took it for a test drive & I was impressed & started the paper work to purchase. On the day I took the test drive, there were scattered showers in the area & I did not notice the dent on the rocker panel below the passenger door or the gouge in the right front tire rim, due to us dodging the rain. I did ask for new tires of which I was accommodated. When the tires were replaced, the gouge in the right front rim had to be noticed by the technician replacing the tires, but it was never brought to my attention. It was not til after purchasing the vehicle & bringing it home did I notice the dent in the rocker panel & the gouge in the right front rim. I brought this to the attention of Felix & he said he mentioned this to the service manager. I was denied any further work being done to the vehicle. I was hoping that these things I did not see could be repaired. I did have a clean trade-in & paid in full the balance that was owed. I also purchased a long term warranty. I was hoping that the rocker panel & gouge in the rim could be repaired or replaced. I truly enjoy driving this vehicle & working with Felix was a pleasant bonus. In meeting with him a couple times he was most courteous and respectful of my wife and her time. People, it takes time to buy a car. I was happy it was less than 4 hours!
