Routine Maintenance Service was completed as promised. I have one missing lock and lognut on one of my wheels, she asked first before doing the work. She said they have to change all for that one tire which made me think I have no choice. Then when it's done, she mentioned that the other 5 good ones they removed can be used as replacements in case one breaks in the future. So I guess they're still good after all!!!! More

You might say "well he was just doing his job" but your center is made that much better by people like Shane. He took what could have been a poor situation and turned into very good outcome.
